The investment is set for development in an area of ~ 10,000 m² in the Industrial Area of Doha, Qatar. The facility consists of a Warehouse Building with Administrative and Storage Areas at ground and first floor, as well as a Showroom and Workshop. It also includes supporting accommodation facilities. IBLS has been in charge of the project from the Design through to the Project Management stages.
