As a follow-up to the development of the new state of the art facility of NOVAL Property in Attica, we are glad to share some insights of one of the most important construction phases of a project, the EARTHWORKS.
 
Project specs:
Strategically located in the outskirts of the city, the warehouse will also include administration offices, IT zones and other amenities. The total built-up area is 9,000 sq.m., while the maximum height is 14 m. IBLS as #designer and #constructionmanager of the project commits to ensure compliance with high level standards for fill, excavation and compaction works, as well as sand cone and plate load testing requirements.
